For example you might decide that you would like to run a 25 minute 5Km run. In this case you need to run at a pace of 5 minutes per kilometer with splits for each kilometre as follows:
- @ 1km - running time should be 5:00
- @ 2km - running time should be 10:00
- @ 3km - running time should be 15:00
- @ 4km - running time should be 20:00
- @ 5km - you achive your target time of 25:00
